I am writing in regard to a recent experience with SERVPRO of Bath, NC. On July 7, my husband and I arrived home from dinner to  find that a broken toilet shutoff valve was spraying water into our bathroom. We have no idea if it had been spraying for 2 hours or 2 minutes. I called State Farm insurance and they gave me SERVPRO as one of the choices to handle the water mitigation service. Since I had no previous experience with such an event, I made a quick choice. I am so glad that I did!

The State Farm agent said we would be contacted within an hour. Indeed, we were. John called us and said it would take about 2 hours for his crew to arrive because of you location. Rick, Woody, and Brennan arrived right on time and did the work in the amount of time promised. All of them were wonderful. They answered all of our many questions. They were patient and respectful of our property. They cleaned up after their work. They were careful no to cause additional damage. Each one was efficient and knowledgeable. They helped us relax in a very stressful situation.

The next day, Shane came to check progress. He was also very professional. He made adjustments and again asked if we had questions.

Angie called from the office on Monday morning to get additional information. She also was extremely courteous and friendly. 

When Jonathan arrived on Tuesday to check and then remove your equipment, he was equally friendly, professional, respectful, and courteous.

In short, every single person we dealt with was great. Each was kind, professional, and patient. Each took their time to make sure we had everything we needed and all our questions were answered. I hope to never need your services again, but I will recommend you to anyone I know without hesitation.

SERVPRO is doing an exceptional job... from John the owner, to John, Ricky & Woody! What appeared as just a small leak has evolved into a total kitchen remodel. The initial response to significant water damage (created by the freezing of our garage-attic water pipes that resulted in flooding of the garage attic and underneath garage areas) was greatly appreciated. Laura O'Brien, and John Baldwin, did an excellent job arranging for the SERVPRO crew to clean out the attic insulation and facilitate the drying out process of the area with their "larger than life" jet dryer. We plan to complete the restoration and repair on our own, but want to thank Laura, John, and the crew for handling the mitigation process promptly and efficiently. Good job everyone!!

February 2018 had 4 inches of water in my salon . Called SERVPRO of Bath NC immediate response from SERVPRO of Bath NC - Was bery comfortable with Johns assement minimal damage ! Thank you SERVPRO of Bath.. I recommend SERVPRO of Bath .

My condo was flooded in January when a sprinkler link froze and burst in the unit above me. SERVPRO of Bath was called to do the remediation. I could not have been more pleased. Every worker was professional and treated me with kindness and respect. The work was completed in a timely manner and they even cleaned up before they left! I highly recommend them!

So thankful for the immediate response from SERVPRO of Bath after we had a pipe burst and extensive flooding in our home. They were wonderful to work with and worked quickly and efficiently!!!

WE CALLED THEM AT 7:30 THE MORNING OF MATTHEW WHEN WE FOUND 15 " OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT. THERE WAS ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF US BUT THEY WERE HERE IN AN HOUR. HAD I CALLED THEM 30 MINUTES LATER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 3 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD COME AND WITHOUT ELECTRICITY WE WOULD HAVE HAD 30 FEET OF WATER. IT TOOK THREE DAYS TO GET IT ALL OUT. THEY WORKED UNTIL LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND INTO MONDAY AFTERNOON. THEY LEFT FANS RUNNING AND THE BASEMENT WAS DRIED OUT AND MOPED BY TUES. AFTERNOON. THE GUYS WERE GREAT! THEY WERE PLEASANT, POLITE, AND HARD WORKING. THEY WERE A SUPER CREW!!

I called another restoration company which “misdiagnosed” my problem I was told it was a simple pipe leak, and it just required drying. I did not feel that they had researched the problem thoroughly, so I called SERVPRO of Bath. They found the leak and found a great deal of mold behind the wall and helped me to interface with my insurance company. The men were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. They completed the work was completed quickly to our complete satisfaction.

We recently had our water pipes freeze, then burst in our upstairs bathroom. John Baldwin and his team came out immediately to assess the damage. They began the repairs right away in order to avoid any further damage. From tear out, dry out, to restoration; the team was professional. The crew arrived as scheduled and cleaned up at the end of each day. No detail was left unattended and I would highly recommend the SERVPRO team. Thanks for walking us through a disaster.
